VetLocator.com Registration Problems
Are you having problems receiving our Newsletter?

Below you will find the most common problems, their solutions and who to contact if you still need help.

  • "I signed up for your newsletter but never received it ."
    If you did not receive our Welcome email, our message may have been blocked by your ISP's anti-spam system.

    Make sure the e-mail you want is never accidentally deleted as "spam"!

    Sometimes the spam filters used by Internet Service Providers can delete mail you've actually requested to receive... so you never even see it!

    To protect your subscription, please add the domain vetlocator.com to your list of approved senders. Here's how:

    Instructions for AOL users

    • Open your AOL e-mail account
    • Click "Address Book"
    • Click "Add Contact"
    • Create a contact listing for VetLocator.com with the primary e-mail address newsletter@VetLocator.com

    Instructions for Hotmail users

    • Open your Hotmail e-mail account
    • Click "Contacts"
    • In the left-hand menu, click "Safe List"
    • Enter vetlocator.com and click "Add"

    Instructions for Yahoo! users

    • Open your Yahoo! e-mail account
    • Click "Mail," and select "Options"
    • Click "Filters"
    • Click "Add"
    • Click in the text box in the top row ("From header") and enter vetlocator.com
    • In the pull-down menu for "Move the message to," choose "Inbox"
    • Click "Add Filter"
    • Also, please add the addresses newsletter@vetlocator.com and customerservice@vetlocator.com to your address book

    Instructions for other e-mail services

    • Add vetlocator.com to your address book or list of contacts
    • If you can't add an entire domain (vetlocator.com) to your contacts list, please add the e-mail addresses newsletter@vetlocator.com and customerservice@vetlocator.com.com

    Instructions for Outlook

  • add newsletter@vetlocator.com to your "Safe List" . To do this, you will need to go through the following steps:

    • On the Tools menu, click Options.
    • On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
    • Click the Safe Senders tab.
    • Select the Also trust e-mail from my Contacts check box.
    • Then contact our Customer Service Department by clicking HERE and letting us know so we can resend your confirmation email
