My dog has a problem with his arm. He keeps on moving it and he doesn’t want to walk or eat. Then when someone picks him up, his head just goes down. Please help me.

Tuesday, November 29th, 2011I have a fish tank and there is green algae growing in it. My cat has been drinking out of the tank for months, but recently the algae has really built up. My cat has been throwing up, and it is the same color of the algae. Is this what could be making him sick??
