I have thrown out the food and found the source of the weevils, but I noticed some weevil larva in the food before I threw it out. Will my rabbits be alright, or could this cause some intestinal or other health problems? Please help. I’m worried. – Venus

Monday, September 6th, 2010I am looking for a veterinarian who can give shots and exams to dogs, cats, and rabbits. Also, the vet I am looking for needs to know about rabbits and rabbit health.
This is very important as I am unable to find a vet for my rabbit. House calls would be best but I would also like to know of a vet who is knowledgable of rabbit health as the only vet around Jacksonville is very far away and it is stressful to my rabbit to ride in the car. The stress is too much for him which is one reason I would like someone who can do house calls.
Anyone have a good recommendation?
