I have a 16 pound 13 year old bichon that was just diagnosed yesterday and the vet prescribed piroxicam (1/4 once a day) however I have been told by the pharmacies that it only comes in capsules? Any advice? – Kim

Monday, December 5th, 2011My name is Kris. I’m baby sitting my sister’s dog and every time someone walks in the room she pees. We have to tie her leash to a chair so she can’t get into the living room where the carpets are. Anyone have any idea what might be wrong with her? Apparently she had the same problem at my sister’s house only not as bad.
When I say we tied her to a chair, I don’t mean we tied her so she can’t move. She can walk around the kitchen but that’s all or else she walks onto the carpet when someone comes down stairs and then she pees.
