Please help me with my dog

My dog has a problem with his arm. He keeps on moving it and he doesn’t want to walk or eat. Then when someone picks him up, his head just goes down. Please help me.

    Was he playing or rough housing and may have injured it? Stepped in a hole and twisted the ankle? Either manner, if he’s not using his arm, you may want to contact your veterinarian. Especially if he’s refusing to eat, may be a bad sprain or a broken bone. It’s a stretch, however it may be something else all along. I’d recommend a vet examination, an x-ray, and a blood panel workup.
