I have switched my cats over to a homemade diet. The kitten with no problem. The older cat, though, has been on commercial food for far too long and is having problems, which I am to understand is a matter of detox.
However, she is pretty much not eating at all, not even her commercial food and ESPECIALLY if I mix anything. When she does eat she throws it right back up. What is the best way or thing I can do to help her through this?
Would I need to take her to a holistic vet or is there something I can do for her here? She’s VERY temperamental and is next to impossible to handle at the vet’s. I am not sure her current vet would embrace a non-commercial diet.
