I’ve been giving my cat distilled water. So I purchased an expensive brand of cat food. Is anyone else doing something to protect from fluoride poisoning and how do you add the minerals back into the diet?

Distilled water can cause health problems, like osteoporosis, too. Instead of distilled water, give your cat pure spring water. Just make sure it comes from the purest sources far away from industrial, agricultural, or highly populated areas. Get something that comes from a very high altitude or a glacier. It doesn’t have the fluoride or chlorine of tap water, but it does contain the beneficial minerals.
