Yes, there is that possibility, especially if the vaccine contained Leptospirosis. Some of the younger pups have a hard time with sensitivity to that bacterin. You must also remember that he could have been incubating a virus or infection already and the stress of the visit, vaccines, etc., could have increased the the vulnerability to the “bug”. This happens quite often without the knowledge of the clinic’s staff, but they should be made away of his symptoms so they can respond accordingly.
