I’ve read on a couple of websites about giving cranberry tablets to dogs for urinary tract infections.
None of them say what strength of tablets to use.
My dog weighs about 21 pounds. Can someone tell me how much to give?

Most of the various products that are sold for this (cranberry tablets for dogs) do have dosage amounts listed on the bottle so if you want to go this route, just follow those instructions. However, if your dog is not improving after a few days, make sure you do give your vet a call and get advice on whether to bring her in. Most of the time your vet will check her out and give her some antibiotics to knock the infection out.
You didn’t mention how you know this is what is happening with your dog. Did you have her checked out by a vet earlier?
