Pet issues cat or what?

I need help. I want an exotic pet however my parents said only cats are allowed because they are easy to take care. Is there an exotic pet that’s additionally simple to take care?

    Cats are cute, but they are a lot of work and responsibility. They require attention just like dogs do. Do your parents know this? Lizards, geckos, etc. are easier to care for, they look cool and are exotic, and don’t require as much attention. Share that with your parents and I’m sure they might reconsider 🙂 Good luck!
